Services Agreement
This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on _____________, by and between:
MyPeopleHR (FZE), company number 5483, with its address at, Block B-B2B-038,UAE (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”)
AND
__________________________, with an address at __________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”)
Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
1. Scope of Services:
The Service Provider agrees to provide various services to the Client, including but not limited to consultation, project management, technical support, and other services detailed on the website – https://mypeoplehr.com/service
2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability:
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding the services’ suitability or error-free operation. No liability shall be held for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages unless resulting from fraud, gross negligence, or infringement of third-party intellectual property.
3. Parties Relations:
The Parties act as independent contractors. Nothing herein shall be construed as creating a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
4. Refund Policy:
Services provided are non-refundable once delivered. Irregular refund requests may be reviewed, but the Service Provider is under no obligation to grant them.
5. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all exchanged information confidential and not to discloseproprietary or sensitive information.
6. Compliance with Policies:
The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws including AML, KYC, and fraud prevention policies, and the Service Provider’s terms and privacy policies.
7. Amendments:
Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
8. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and overrides all previous discussions or agreements.
9. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider operates.
